Gift Registry
Welcome to Bubbles and Bows Boutique Gift Registry!
As a gift to those who complete a Baby Registry, you will receive a free gift as well as a discount! Your free gift will be a choice between: a receiving blanket, a wipes case, or a onesie. Once your baby has arrived, you can receive 15% off all items left on your registry. You will also be sent small cards to be put into invitations to let everyone know you are registered here.
Each registrant is able to register for all the items they will need for baby, as well as choose the fabrics/colors they would like their custom items made in. This information will be kept on file so that we know when an item is ordered what fabrics to create the item in. If you would like an item to be made in a different color or theme than the registrant has chosen, please order that item outside of the registry. Thanks!

To receive your free item and invitation inserts, please email me at bubblesandbowsboutique@gmail.com after you complete your registry. Include your full name and date of your shower/event, as well as an address where you would like your items shipped to. Thank you! Use the form below to find the guest you would like to purchase a gift for.
